The shipping calendar
Updated 23 July 2026
Shipping calendar in the Flare navigation is your operational month view: every scheduled order, on the day it matters, with capacity and fulfilment progress at a glance.
Available on the Organised plan and above.
Three views
Switch tabs to organise the month by:
- Ship date — what leaves the warehouse each day (the default when ship dates are on).
- Delivery date — what arrives with customers each day.
- Pickup date — what gets collected each day.
What each day shows
- Order count for the day — and, if you use order limits,
count / limitwith Near capacity (80%+) and At capacity labels. - Fulfilment progress —
X/Y fulfilledfills up as you fulfil; fully done days show All fulfilled. - Channel breakdown — with per-channel limits, each channel's usage is listed.
The three status cards
Across the top:
- To ship today (or deliver/pickup, per tab) — today's outstanding count.
- Overdue — past-dated orders still unfulfilled. This is the list to clear every morning.
- Missing dates — unfulfilled orders with no date. Usually rule-hidden pickers (fine) or draft/imported orders that need a date (add one).
Working from the calendar
Click any day for View all orders / View unfulfilled / View fulfilled — each opens Shopify's order list pre-filtered to exactly those orders (it's the date tags doing the filtering), where you fulfil, print, and edit as normal. The calendar refreshes itself every few minutes; the "Updated N min ago" stamp tells you how fresh it is.
Tips
- If the Ship date tab warns that ship dates are off, enable ship-date tagging in Shipping settings — dispatch planning is the calendar's best view.
- Bulk-move a day (courier failure, weather): select the orders in Shopify's list and use Bulk Reschedule Date — see changing dates.
