Thank-you page and order status page
Updated 19 August 2026
Keep the promised date in front of the customer after they pay, on the page they see immediately and on the page they return to.
Available on the Organised plan and above.
Thank-you page confirmation
Shows the chosen date (and time slot) on the post-purchase thank-you page.
- In Flare, open Customer communications. Find Thank-you page and select Set up.
- Select Open checkout editor. Shopify opens the editor on the Thank you page.
- Add the Delivery Date Confirmation block, then select Save.
Customers see, for example, "Delivery date: Saturday 14 June 2026" with a "Time Slot: 10:00-12:00" line when slots are on. Pickup orders automatically label it "Pickup date". The label text is editable on the block.
Order status page (customer account)
The same date display on the order's status page in the customer's account, the page customers revisit from Shopify's emails.
- In Flare, open Customer communications. Find Order status page and select Set up.
- Select Open checkout editor. Shopify opens the editor on the Customer accounts pages.
- Add the Delivery Date Details block, then select Save.
If you renamed the date attributes with a Custom attribute key in Order management → Settings, set the same key on the block so it reads the right value.
Good to know
Once a block is live, the row in Customer communications shows Live and the button becomes Customise. To change wording or position, open the checkout editor again and edit the block.
Why both matter
The thank-you page kills the "did it go through, and for when?" doubt at its peak. The order status page is where "when is my order coming?" gets self-answered days later. Together with the confirmation email they remove most WISMO contact.
Want customers to change the date from that same account page? Add self-serve rescheduling.
