Skio integration

Keeps Skio subscription billing aligned to the first delivery date the customer chose with Flare, so every renewal lands on schedule instead of drifting from the promised day.

Available on the Precise plan and above.

Connect it

1. In Skio, create an API key: Settings → API.
2. In Flare, open Integrations → Skio and paste the key.
3. Copy the webhook URL Flare shows you, then in Skio go to Settings → Webhooks and add it for the Subscription created event.
4. Save. The card shows Active.

How it behaves

• When a customer subscribes and picks their first delivery, Flare reads the order's ship date and the subscription's billing interval from Skio, then updates the subscription's next billing date so the second (and every later) cycle stays in step with delivery.
• Renewal orders get proper Flare dates when automatic dates for recurring orders is on — tagged, on the calendar, held and released like any order.

Removing it

Integrations → Skio → Remove connection. Delivery dates and subscription intervals then run independently — existing subscriptions keep their current schedule.
