Plans, billing and trials

Updated 23 July 2026

Open Pricing in the Flare navigation to see the full feature matrix and start a trial. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify — you approve the charge on Shopify's own screen, and it appears on your Shopify invoice.

The plans

Plans are cumulative — each tier includes everything below it.

What sits where (headlines):

  • Organised — date picker on product/cart/drawer, blocked dates, cutoff times, time slots, store pickup, shipping calendar, delivery surcharges, multi-language, post-purchase date display (email, thank you page, order status).
  • Advanced — checkout date picker (Shopify Plus), order limits by day and day-of-week, product & customer rules, automatic hold & release, automatic dates for subscription renewals, 1-1 onboarding.
  • Precise — country & postcode/ZIP delivery zones, shipping rates by zone/method/date, customer self-serve rescheduling, Recharge & Skio integrations.
  • Pro — live carrier transit times (UPS, FedEx), ShipStation integration, priority onboarding and dedicated support.

The Pricing page shows the exact, current feature-by-feature matrix — treat that as the source of truth.

Trials

Every paid plan starts with a free trial (7 days; 10 on Pro). You'll see the trial length on the button — for example "Start 7-day free trial". Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and Shopify's approval screen shows the exact date.

Order volume limits

Each plan includes a monthly scheduled-order allowance. As you approach it, Flare shows a banner at 50%, 75%, 90% and 100% usage. At 100% you'll be asked to upgrade to keep scheduling new orders. If your volume is consistently above Pro, talk to us about a Custom plan.

Changing or cancelling your plan

  • Upgrade/downgrade: open Pricing and choose the new plan — Shopify prorates automatically.
  • Cancel: on the Pricing page, click Cancel Plan. You'll see exactly which features you lose, and your account downgrades to the free tier. Your configuration is kept, so re-subscribing restores everything.
