Repositioning the date picker on the page

By default the picker positions itself automatically: above Add to cart on product pages, above Checkout on cart pages. To place it somewhere specific, switch to manual positioning and drag it.

Move the block within the page

1. Open the Shopify theme editor (Online Store → Themes → Customize) and navigate to the page with the picker.
2. Click the Flare block (Cart Page Date Picker or Product Page Date Picker) in the left panel.
3. In the block settings on the right, turn Enable dynamic block positioning off.
4. Drag the block to where you want it within the section.
5. Click Save.

Notes

• Dynamic positioning is what lets Flare sit above the right button automatically on any theme. Once you turn it off, the block stays exactly where you drag it — re-enable it any time to go back to automatic.
• This moves the picker within a page. To move it between pages (cart → product, etc.), see Choosing where the date picker appears.
• On checkout (Shopify Plus), reposition the block by dragging it in Shopify's checkout editor instead.
• The cart drawer embed positions itself inside the drawer automatically and can't be dragged; if its placement clashes with a custom drawer, contact support.
